I first found my passion for working with people when I formed a healing connection with an Autistic 4-year-old. As someone who learned I was Autistic later in life, the bond between us showed me that being truly connected with someone else can be the most healing power of all. This experience led me to continue my schooling and eventually obtain my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from South University in 2015.

Hi there, I’m Chantille Rees (she/her/hers), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) located in Austin, Texas.

Being a therapist is not just a job for me but also my lifestyle.

I’m here to meet you in the trenches and help you explore the deepest parts of yourself, such as identity, addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, and personal change, so you can live as your most authentic self.

Are you ready to get started on your journey?

As a therapist, I’ve worked with individuals of all ages and stages of life’s journey. You can trust that I will meet you where you are on your own unique journey, too.

I love my work, and in order to keep me operating at my best, I also love my time away from work. When I’m not working, I enjoy going to music festivals and seeing live music, spending time outside and near bodies of water, and parenting little humans.

I’m a simple individual. I love cows, fuzzy Highland Cattle in particular. My favorite foods are pizza and tacos. And I absolutely love music.

My practice is actually named after a song – “Good Vibrations” by The Beach Boys! I believe that music has incredible healing power, and I’m happy to incorporate songs, art, and more during our sessions.

I believe that the transformational power of therapy begins with our connection. My identity is an important part of my role as a therapist, and I bring my whole self to our sessions. I invite you to do the same.

  • I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving clients through individual and group therapy and parenting coaching in the state of Texas.
  • I use several different therapeutic styles in my work, depending on client need and fit. I often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) for skill-based modalities, and a relational and attachment frameworks for process-oriented work.

My identity, education, and professional expertise are the foundation for my client-centered practice, offering LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming therapy where you can feel safe to be yourself.
