Good Vibes Counseling is an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming practice, offering holistic individual and group therapy for adolescents, adults, parent coaching, as well as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for eligible clients in Texas.

I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist specializing in individual and group therapy for other LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent adults and adolescents. I can help with navigating trauma, shame, relationship concerns, identity development, and substance use. While no two healing journeys are the same, there’s a good chance we’ve experienced some similar struggles.

I created Good Vibes Counseling to bring my whole self into the healing work of therapy. Your authentic self and all your identities, feelings, and experiences are safe here, too.

Hi, I’m Chantille Rees, LPC (she/her/hers), founder of Good Vibes Counseling.

For eligible patients, I also offer a holistic therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with Journey Clinical to help you experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. Learn more about the benefits of KAP here

Perhaps you're down or anxious. Maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, struggling with substance use, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead.

Whatever you’re starting and whatever you’re feeling, I am here to offer support and walk beside you as your take this next step.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In my sessions, I promote change by encouraging flexibility and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. Whether you want to work one-on-one in individual therapy, or you prefer the support and community that comes with group therapy, I have the tools and professional experience to help you feel more aligned with yourself.

All vibes (not just good ones) are welcome here.

If you’re ready for a deep dive into your healing through a long-term commitment to therapy, you’re in the right place. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation of positive coping mechanisms and help you grow from there, as you navigate:

Last, but not least, I make it a goal to help you reignite your inner child, reminding you how to play and have fun in life again. I regularly bring art and music into our sessions.

  • I know therapy is a vulnerable process, so I’ll help you feel safe and at ease. Don’t be surprised if we even laugh together! Therapy is a big step, but it doesn’t always have to be serious.
  • I won’t come into therapy with my own agenda or a single therapeutic modality. Instead, I bring several applicable options to the table with a holistic lens, approaching therapy based on what feels right for you. I often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) for skill-based modalities, and a relational and attachment frameworks for process-oriented work.
  • I’m curious about who you are as a whole person, not just the issues bringing you to our sessions.
  • Although I go with the flow, I’ll be direct when I need to be, too. Sometimes we all need to be challenged on our internal narratives to help us grow.
  • I believe our relationship between myself as the therapist and you as the client is the most important and healing aspect of therapy.

In our sessions together, whether you choose virtual or in-person therapy, here’s what you can expect:

At Good Vibes Counseling, you can trust that I will hold space for both the transformational power of therapy and the humor and weirdness of life. Together, we’ll define your goals for therapy and create the path to make these goals your reality.

So what do you say? Are you ready to start this process?
